Based on our extremely popular L(earn)² Race for Spaces™, this new team development experience has a fun and exciting musical twist that brings out the rock & roll fan in all of us.

In L(earn)²’s Magical Musical Tour team’s race across the city guided by musical clues based on classic rock and roll songs from the Doors, Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd and many others. Teams navigate their way to check points to complete a series of tasks to obtain another musical clue that guides them one step closer to the finish line.

Throughout the race teams discover unknown rock and roll secrets hidden within Toronto ’s landscape. Over the years Toronto has been the home to many unforgettable moments in Rock and Roll history and now your team can create some of their own!

Be among the first to experience our brand new, original program L(earn)² Lead the Endurance. Developed to enhance self awareness and leadership qualities, this experiential program focuses on your ability to recognize and articulate leadership insights and relate them to your personal definition of leadership.

In this highly simulated experience, participants are immersed in an Antarctic Adventure, circa 1914. Given the tools and resources available to Ernest Shackleton and the crew of the Endurance, they will journey through the ice gaining new insight on how to live their leadership. Lessons are learned through the challenges and problems faced by these brave men – plans are put into place, strategies are created.

The outcome for organizations and teams can be clearly seen through the leadership required to overcome such a profound challenge as surviving the harshest climate on earth, and living to tell about it!
